Refund policy

Return and Refund

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, sealed and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We currently do not accept any physical returns if the product has been opened and the seal has been broken. Refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you'd like to request a refund, please email us at contact@trevoskincare.com within 30 days of your delivery date.

NOTE: We take responsibility for damaged & defective products as noted below. Additionally, we understand that everyone's skin is different and may react differently to our products and ingredients. If you aren't fully satisfied with your product, please let us know! ❤️

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@trevoskincare.com.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us a photo at contact@trevoskincare.com along with your order number, and we'll be happy to figure out a solution.

 

Missing Orders
If your package has been marked delivered yet you can't locate it, please allow 3 business days from the delivered date on the tracking number as some carriers may be experiencing latency issues and lags in their tracking. If by the 3rd business day you still cannot locate your order, please reach out to us.
